There were several millionaires in the room and other seasoned business owners who have attended many seminars and workshops in the past that promised dramatic results. They were unsure (as we were) of what was to be delivered. Your workshop and presentation style disarmed their fears quickly and encouraged full participation and the results they achieved far exceeded their expectations. Hi John,

Our Training went really well!

I participated in a couple of Japanese training using HA report but I never felt like participants enjoy talking themselves of their expenence.

But this time was so different. They are more flexible and open-mind and when we introduced their report and told them how to read and what we want them to tell their partner or us about. Then, they shared us their experience!

When Steve walked around to see how the participants are doing, then, they could have better understanding of their report and started to talk about themselves. Steve knows the way how can he make people to talk about themselves!

After that, they became more active to ask questions!

Like I asked them a question followed their output like, when you have to decide something, can you take a responsibility and self judge what you think that is right? But you ask your co-worker what they think and make final decision from overall opinion?

And one of them who had this tendency said, "Yes. I do that. That's me."

So we told 'YES! that's your strength! And when did you do that in recent situation?' Then he shared us his experience.

The end of this training, many of the participants said that they agree with their strength but they never knew that this is their strength!

So, that was really quality training! I feel like I learned a lot from this training. Hope I could explain HA in my own words some day.

I really wanna say thank you and Steve-san.

Yokota-san said that he didn't allow me to change our plan on the actual training day. But since John, it was YOUR suggestion, he allow me to change it. We really trust in you!

Now, we really looking forward to take our training from you.
